INSTRUCTIONS for preparing the documents

Learning Agreement is the official form that our University uses to define subject(s) or academic activities of the exchange student. University of Sarajevo uses Erasmus+ form for this type of documents. If you are not part of Erasmus+ program, please delete the logo and put your home university logo instead. In order to fill in this document, previous contact with the host institution is an asset to collect good information about our academic offer. Have it filled in and signed by you (candidate) and signed and stamped by institutional coordinators of the home institution. Although signature from the host institution is not required before knowing the results, those learning agreements that have signatures from all three sides will be favored (the signature from host institution means that the student and host coordinators agreed on commitment for academic activities) and increases the chance of getting the mobility. The Learning/Mobility Agreement should be prepared (information about courses/activities can be found at: ACADEMIC OFFER) and include your signature and your faculty coordinator signature and stamp. You can choose courses from the curriculum of your host department and/or from the international study programmes arranged at the University of Sarajevo. If you cannot find information on the courses offered during the study period you are applying for, you may prepare your Learning Agreement based on current year’s course information. If you are accepted to the University of Sarajevo, please modify your Learning Agreement if necessary (information about courses/activities can be found at: ACADEMIC OFFER). Before applying to the University of Sarajevo, please check the language of teaching of the preferred subjects. Not all subjects/study programmes are offered in English.
